Aljub i Krama are two bands of talented musicians and restless, which have grown steadily throughout his career and, with this show-Inflows, won one of the Mediterranean Awards 2008 -, faced his most complex and artistic adventure ambitious. An expectation fueled further by the changes in the two formations that had renewed the vocal section with a stellar voice-Mara Aranda-and Rafa Arnal. The results surpassed expectations. 'Influències' get condense the better of the two formations and does so brilliantly and balanced. A directory based in Valencia and Greek traditions, and where the voice, and melismatic singing style, so common to the Mediterranean, plays a key role. Cantos to beat Valencia, on the one hand, and Greco-balcànics rhythms on the other. A show full of virtuosity, one of the most interesting new proposals of Valencian folk. |
